I was checking my bank account online today, going over my recent transactions (since I never actually use that register thing supplied with the checkbook). Thanks to this online convenience and the fact that I almost always use my check card, it is easy to tell where much of my money goes, so I typed in to look at the last 14 months. The place that showed up an insane amount is Target! then there are lots of gas stations and random Proex, Walgreen's, Walmart (all during the summer!), Old Navy, Northwestern Books, Columbia House DVD, movie theaters, my ridiculous cell phone bill, and then you throw in the eating: Applebee's, BW3, Perkins, and more. Who knows where all my checks went- mostly bills. I just thought it was interesting to take a look at how all my money went in and went out. You never really think about how much you spend....well, I don't.
The T-wolves just won game #2 vs. the Kings! That's exciting. I hope they do well in this series.
I'm glad people are coming here and enjoying my pics. You gotta leave a note and let me know you have been here! I wish I had more pics, but in case you didn't catch on to this...I had hundreds and hundreds of pics on a couple of CD's and on my computer. Well, I brought the CD's on a road trip and they got lost. And at the same time my hard drive crashed and we were not able to save very many of the pics. So I don't have quite so many left and I don't know how thrilled I am at sitting down and scanning them all again. All the reason to consider buying a digital camera. But that doesn't help the pics of the past...a great loss! I suppose though if I had my own scanner, I would spend all my spare time (which sadly I have too much of, if you haven't noticed) having lots of fun with it! Oh the joys of not having money for all the toys you want!
